Refund Policy

1. Try before you buy

Every install includes a 7-day trial of all Pro features, and the free plan works forever — so you can fully evaluate PixelAudit before paying.

2. 7-day refund on your first payment

If Pro doesn't work out, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full and deactivate the key. Fair-use note: refunds may be declined where usage shows the product was bought to run a burst of audits and refund immediately.

Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the renewal, provided the renewed period hasn't been substantially used.

3. How refunds are processed

Refunds are sent by the same method you paid with (bank transfer, Wise, etc.), normally within 5 business days of approval.
