1. The product

PixelAudit is a Chrome extension that audits advertising-pixel and conversion-tracking implementations on webpages you open, and generates reports about them. It is operated by Usama Jamil (sole proprietor), Pakistan ("we", "us").

2. Plans, pricing and licenses

• Free plan: Meta + Google auditing on single pages, watermarked reports. No account needed.
• Pro: $19 per month or $99 per year, sold directly (you contact us, we agree a payment method, we issue a license key). A Pro key is valid until its expiry date; renewing extends the same key. One key is for one person's use — small teams should buy a key per seat.
• New installs include a 7-day trial of all Pro features.
• Prices may change; renewals are always confirmed with you first at the then-current price.

3. Your responsibilities

• Audit only sites you own, manage, or have permission to analyze (e.g. your clients' sites).
• You are responsible for how you use audit results, and for verifying findings before making changes to production tracking.
• Do not share, resell or publish license keys.

4. No warranty

PixelAudit observes what pixels do in your browser at the moment of the audit. Ad platforms change their endpoints and behavior without notice; findings are provided "as is", without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. A clean audit does not guarantee your tracking is perfect, and a finding is a diagnostic aid, not professional advice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to PixelAudit is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or ad spend attributed to tracking decisions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
